Venetian’s style liver.


For one serving we need:
300 gr. Of veal liver, as it is leaner and sweeter.

I cut it to slices. In a separated pan I put three onions cut in thin slices and let them get smooth in olive oil. Then I add the liver slices with much salt and pepper. I mix everything while cooking until the liver is cooked showing a pink colour. As side dish for this liver dish we only propose polenta (cornmeal porridge).
